SMS Notifications
UnionDesk may send SMS notifications to members who voluntarily provide their phone number and consent to receive text messages. SMS notifications are used for transactional purposes, including ShiftBridge activity, account notifications, and important service-related updates.
Message frequency varies based on member activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.

Member contact information may be shared with another registered member only when necessary to facilitate a ShiftBridge request, such as when one member expresses interest in another member's posted shift.
