Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UnionDesk, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

Eligibility

UnionDesk is intended for AFGE members, bargaining unit employees, union representatives, and other approved users.

Access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked at any time by steward administrators.

Member Responsibilities

Members agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of their accounts.

Users may not:

  • Share accounts with others
  • Provide false information
  • Use the platform for harassment or abuse
  • Attempt unauthorized access to data or accounts
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform

ShiftBridge Disclaimer

ShiftBridge is provided solely as a coordination tool between members.

Posting, accepting, or expressing interest in a shift does not create an official shift trade, pickup, giveaway, or schedule change.

All shift changes remain subject to TSA policy, local procedures, collective bargaining agreements, management approval, and any other applicable requirements.

SMS Messaging Terms

UnionDesk may send SMS notifications to members who provide their phone number and consent to receive text messages. SMS messages may include ShiftBridge activity, account notifications, and important service-related updates.

Message frequency varies based on member activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message. Users may reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of membership or use of UnionDesk.

UnionDesk does not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited SMS messages.

No Emergency Use

UnionDesk is not intended for emergency communications, urgent safety notifications, or time-critical official scheduling decisions. Users should follow official workplace procedures for urgent matters.

Limitation of Liability

UnionDesk is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.

UnionDesk steward administrators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to missed communications, scheduling issues, or technical interruptions.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of UnionDesk constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
